Programme Updates & Verification Clarification
To further reassure participants:
We understand that some participants experienced difficulties during the identity verification process. These issues were caused by high server traffic and browser compatibility policies.
We’re happy to inform you that our technical team has fully addressed these issues, and the verification flow has now been improved.
- Identity verification is required solely for certification issuance
- Your enrollment ID will be used for certificate issuance also
- Participants are only required to upload: A clear personal photograph & Basic personal details
